Swansea City goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has called for his teammates to keep the faith in the face of a horrible run of form which has seen them slump to 19th place in the Premier League table. This bad run continued last night after being beaten 3-1 by Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium.

The 31-year-old Pole also insisted that it is imperative they continue to work hard in order to string a run of results together as the Swans are already losing ground on Premier League survival.
They lie five points off safety and have not won a game since the opening day of the season and, worryingly for Swans fans, their form does not appear to have improved since the arrival of new manager Bob Bradley, having picked up just one point from a possible nine in his first three games.

But Fabianski believes that hard work and belief will be the key if Swansea are to turn their season around.
Speaking to their official website, the ‘keeper said: “All we have to do is focus on the daily work. We have to work hard, be at our best and prepare ourselves in the best way possible.
“We have to keep believing, keep the faith, and work hard to try to put a run together.
“That’s the only thing we can do – we need to keep our heads down and continue to work hard.”
However, Fabianski’s hopes of putting a run together may not materialise for a while given the Swans’ unkind fixture list which sees them pitted against Manchester United, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur in three of their next four games.
