Swansea chairman meets former USA boss Bob Bradley according to reports

Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins has met Bob Bradley amid fears Francesco Guidolin may have to be replaced, according to BBC Sport.

Speculation around the future of Swansea boss Francesco Guidolin has been re-fueled by reports that Bob Bradley has been seen with Swans’ chairman Huw Jenkins.

Swansea are currently just one spot above the relegation zone after six games, and it emerged last week that the South Wales club may be interested in speaking to former Welsh international Ryan Giggs about replacing the current boss.

However, BBC Sport have today reported that American coach Bob Bradley met up with Huw Jenkins at Bristol Airport and that the American owners have become concerned with the club’s current form, although no decision has been made as of yet.

Bradley is renowned for his work with the USA national team when he managed to win the Gold Cup, finish as runners-up in the 2009 Confederations Cup and then reach the knockout stages of the 2010 World Cup after winning a group featuring England.

The 58-year-old manager was sacked as USA boss in 2011 and went on to take charge of Egypt and Stabaek. Bradley is currently in charge of French club Le Havre who are currently seventh in Ligue 2.

Swansea face Liverpool and Arsenal in their next two fixtures and it appears Francesco Guidolin’s time to put results right is very limited.
