Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers lost to Tommy Wright’s St Johnstone at Ibrox.

Chris Sutton has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Rangers’ defeat to St. Johnstone at Ibrox.
Rangers suffered a disappointing 3-1 loss at the hands of St Johnstone at home in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.
The Gers took the lead through Alfredo Morelos in the fifth minute, and it looked like the Glasgow giants were going to make it five wins in a row in the Scottish Premiership and maintain their good run of form under caretaker-manager Graeme Murty.
However, Rangers lost 3-1, with the visiting team launching a stirring comeback after going a goal down, Blair Alston, Denny Johnstone and Graham Cummins finding the net for St. Johnstone.
Murty subsequently told Rangers’ official website: “We were too slack all over the pitch; we were too slack in possession, too slack structurally.
“That isn’t just down to the players, it is down to me making sure my changes are right and making sure the players have the right information to go onto the pitch.”

Former Celtic striker Sutton has suggested on Twitter that the match on Saturday was an audition for the Rangers managerial job for St Johnstone boss Tommy Wright.
Rangers are on the hunt for a permanent successor to Pedro Caixinha, with Graeme Murty currently in charge of the Gers.
Wright has been in charge of St. Johnstone since 2013 and has done a great job so far.

Meanwhile, former Celtic striker John Hartson has suggested that even Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho would struggle at Rangers and told The Express: “Jose Mourinho would struggle to do something special with Rangers. I don’t think they are a fantastic set of players.”
