Liverpool could reportedly resign the AC Milan star this month.

Liverpool have already secured potentially one of the best deals of the transfer window by bringing in Virgil Van Dijk from Southampton and there could be further arrivals at Anfield before the end of the month.
The departure of Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona was undoubtedly a major blow, but there have been suggestions that Liverpool could look to resign Suso from AC Milan as a possible replacement, as reported by the Daily Express.

The report indicates that Liverpool could be prepared to pay the £45 million release clause to sign Suso, who can play as an attacking midfielder or out wide.
Having gained £142 million from the sale of Coutinho (as reported by The Telegraph), spending £45 million on Suso and £75 million on Van Dijk (fee via The Telegraph) would leave them with £22 million still to spend further down the line.

Suso, who previously played for Liverpool between 2010 and 2015, might not be quite at the same level as Coutinho but he is still an excellent player – he has scored seven goals and provided nine assists across all competitions for Milan this season.
Bringing in Suso would be an excellent move for Liverpool and would still leave them with sufficient funds to improve their squad further before the closure of the transfer window.
