Mohamed Elneny posted ‘surprise, I am back’ on his Instagram after returning from injury to Arsenal training ahead of his side’s Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
In Mohamed Elneny’s one and only start this season – Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Fulham in August – he suffered a thigh injury and he has been sidelined since.
Well, ahead of another newly-promoted side in Nottingham Forest coming to visit the capital, Elneny shared that he is ‘ready to fight’ after posting about the exciting news on his IG.
CAN ARSENAL HEAD TO THE WORLD CUP ON A HIGH?
Pep Guardiola’s side moved to the top of the Premier League table on Saturday after a stunning Kevin de Bruyne free-kick helped Erling Haaland-less Manchester City secure all three points against Leicester City.
But after dropping points away at Southampton last week, including losing to PSV during their Europa League encounter in midweek, Arsenal will want to end the past seven days on a high by moving back to the top of the table.
Whilst Nottingham Forest are sitting bottom of the table, they shouldn’t be messed with, as they proved against Liverpool last week.

Some would say, given Liverpool losing to Leeds at Anfield yesterday, then it doesn’t take much to secure all three points against Jurgen Klopp’s side these days.
But the Midlands side still have that unknown threat in their locker and three points at the Emirates will lift them out of the bottom three.
Either way, Arsenal’s free-flowing attack should prove to be too much for Steve Cooper’s men, who haven’t won on the road yet this season.
