Calvin Miller is about to be pushed further away from Celtic’s senior squad.

Celtic fans could definitely be forgiven if they had forgotten about Calvin Miller.
The position of left-back has been a topic of a lot of discussion this summer, but never in the context of Miller.
Kieran Tierney has joined Arsenal in a £25 million deal, while his replacement Boli Bolingoli has really struggled to get to grips with things at Celtic.
Thing is, Hoops boss Neil Lennon is reportedly about to sign yet another left-back in a clear message that should illustrate to Miller that he has no future in Glasgow and should probably quit his boyhood club.
According to The Glasgow Evening Times, Lennon is about to bring Birger Meling to Parkhead – another left-back.
If Miller – who had a loan at Ayr United last term – had any role to play, would Lennon not simply promote him instead of signing another Tierney replacement? Of course he would.
He is contracted to Celtic for another year but now is the time to sever ties. Barring a massive injury crisis, he isn’t going to play a minute and leaving is the best and only option left.
