Spurs won 2-0 against West Ham United and Lo Celso was the driving force behind their victory.
Although the Argentine did not get on the scoresheet, his ability to push Tottenham forwards and his willingness to always seek possession was very impressive.
Lo Celso saw a lot of the ball in Tottenham’s midfield, and was responsible for picking apart West Ham’s back-line, alongside the more defensive-minded Moussa Sissoko.
The 24-year-old generally did his job brilliantly, and Spurs fans are certainly excited about Lo Celso’s progress in his first season with the club.
Lo Celso has arguably been Tottenham’s best performing player ever since Mourinho arrived.
The former Real Betis man looks to have been a real find by Spurs last summer, and he is proving to be a superb addition.
Tottenham’s win over West Ham has pushed them up to seventh in the Premier League standings.
