Sunderland host West Ham in the Premier League this weekend.
To be played on Saturday 3rd October 2015 at 15:00. Venue: Stadium of Light, Sunderland
Odds: Sunderland 19/10, Draw 12/5, West Ham 11/8
Sunderland will be looking for their first Premier League win of the season when they take on West Ham.
The Black Cats’ 3-0 defeat away at Manchester United last weekend means that manager Dick Advocaat has picked up just two points from the opening seven games of the season, and the pressure is mounting on the Dutchman.
This weekend, Advocaat may be able to recall Jack Rodwell to the side following injury, whilst deadline day signing DeAndre Yedlin could start at right back, with Billy Jones switching over to the left.
Meanwhile, visitors West Ham head in to the game with a sensational away record, having beaten Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City on the road already this season.
Slaven Bilic will be hoping to continue that away form this weekend, but he may have to do so without star defender Winston Reid, who is doubtful with a hip injury.
With Angelo Ogbonna also out, that could force James Collins back in to the side along with James Tomkins in defence.
Andy Carroll’s fitness is building by the week, but the former Newcastle striker isn’t expected to replace Diafra Sakho in the starting line-up this weekend.
