Sunderland are working on a limited budget, but Chris Coleman is known to want a striker.

And bringing in a player of Jerome’s quality, would be a major achievement for Sunderland.

Jerome practically guarantees goals at Championship level, and he would surely improve the quality of attacking options available to Coleman.
