Power was in action for Sunderland against Port Vale in the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.

The 25-year-old midfielder – who joined the Black Cats on loan from Championship side Wigan Athletic in the summer transfer window – came on as a substitute in the 71st minute of the FA Cup first-round tie at Vale Park, as Jack Ross’s team won 2-1.

It was the former Tranmere Rovers star’s first competitive appearance for League One outfit Sunderland after serving a five-match suspension.
