One Newcastle United fan had tweeted Donald after Sunderland’s latest win.

The Sunderland owner Stewart Donald has put a heckling Newcastle United supporter back in his place on Twitter.
Donald tweeted the following message after Sunderland’s 4-1 win against Rochdale, which lifted the Mackems to third in the League One standings: “Solid start!” he wrote.
“Only one window & there is still a lot 2 do for everyone but it looks like we have stopped the downward spiral & if we all work really hard & stick together we can turn this around an who knows how far we could go!! Lots to do but really pleasing first few months”.
And after one Newcastle fan replied: “You’re playing Rochdale , Burton and Shrewsbury ffs”, Donald delivered the following response:

“Morning,” he wrote. “Careful, you might be soon also. Have a good day, Craig”.
Newcastle, who replaced Sunderland in the Premier League last season, remain in the bottom three after drawing 0-0 at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

And, on current form, a reunion between the Tyne-Wear rivals could be on the cards in next year’s Championship.
Rafa Benitez’s side have yet to win any of their six league games this season, suffering defeat on four occasions, while Jack Ross’s, in contrast, have only lost one of their nine.
Newcastle and Sunderland last competed outside of the top flight in 1992-93, when the Magpies were promoted as champions and the Mackems finished fourth from bottom.
