Sunderland midfielder Didier Ndong is being hammered on Twitter, after his latest performance for David Moyes’ side against West Ham United.

Ndong became Sunderland’s record last summer, when he arrived at the Stadium of Light from Lorient.

However, the 22-year-old already appears to have a battle win over Black Cats supporters, after making an awful start at his new club.

Ndong has struggled in his first few months at Sunderland, and supporters of the Wearsiders are already on his back.

Ndong was widely slated by Sunderland fans on Twitter yesterday, after Moyes’ side once against lost to West Ham at the London Stadium.

Sunderland’s defeat against West Ham was a heartbreaker, with Slaven Bilic’s side bagging the winner in the last minute.

Sunderland still remain rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table, after failing to win any of their first nine matches this season.

The Black Cats are currently five points adrift of safety, and are next in action when they face Southampton at St. Mary’s.
