Sunderland fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Lee Cattermole against Scunthorpe United at the weekend.
Cattermole featured for Sunderland in their League One game against Scunthorpe at the Stadium of Light on Sunday afternoon.
The 30-year-old defensive midfielder started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Jack Ross’s side won 3-0.
Sunderland fans were impressed with the display produced by Cattermole and appear to have changed their mind over him, with many supporters not pleased with his performance against Luton Town last weekend, as reported on HITC Sport.
