Sinclair – who joined Sunderland on a season-long loan deal from Premier League side Watford in the summer transfer window – featured for the Black Cats in their League One match against Burton away from home at the Pirelli Stadium in League One on Saturday afternoon.
The 21-year-old forward started the match and played for 51 minutes, as Jack Ross’s side lost 2-1.
