Sunderland lost to Portsmouth in League One on Saturday.

Sunderland fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Glenn Loovens against Portsmouth.
Loovens featured for Sunderland in their League One game against Portsmouth away from home at Fratton Park on Saturday afternoon.
The 35-year-old central defender started the match, and he was sent off just two minutes into the second half for brining down Oliver Hawkins when he was clean through.
During his time on the pitch, the Dutch defender looked slow and a weak link in the Sunderland defence.
Sunderland fans were not impressed with the former Sheffield Wednesday defender – who joined the Black Cats in the summer transfer window as a free agent – and have criticised him on Twitter.
Below are some of the best comments:

The defeat to Portsmouth means that Sunderland are third in the League One table at the moment with 43 points from 21 matches, as many as eight points behind leaders Portsmouth.
The Black Cats will return to action on Boxing Day when they take on Bradford City at the Stadium of Light in League One.
