Sunderland boss Jack Ross is said to be considering making a move for Connor Wickham in January.

Sunderland fans appear divided over whether they should move for Connor Wickham.
According to TeamTalk, Sunderland are planning a move for the Crystal Palace man in January.
Wickham spent four years with Sunderland between 2011 and 2015, before moving to Palace.
However, his time with the Eagles hasn’t been successful, and a move back to the Stadium of Light could reportedly be on the cards.
Wickham could be made available in January, with Palace looking to reshuffle their strike force.
But Sunderland fans appear totally divided over whether Jack Ross should make a move for the Premier League forward.
Wickham’s last spell at Sunderland was one of mixed success, as the powerful striker was highly inconsistent.
When on form Wickham was a real threat, but he often put in performances which drew criticism.
Sunderland are currently in third place in the League One table, and Ross would hope that Wickham’s arrival could provide them with the firepower to seal an automatic promotion spot.
