The Black Cats summer signing from Wycombe did some extra training on his day off, but some fans are more concerned about his fashion sense.

Sunderland midfielder Luke O’Nien has taken a while to nail down a first-team position at the club following his summer move from Wycombe but he now seems to be on the up.
For much of the first half of the League One campaign, the 24-year-old featured sporadically for the Black Cats, as evidenced by his season stats page on Transfermarkt.
However, since being shifted at right-back by manager Jack Ross, O’Nien has played the full 90 minutes in the last four league fixtures – two wins, a draw and a defeat.
With the feelgood factor back at the Stadium of Light following a tumultuous few years, the club’s official Twitter feed is also looking a lot more positive and banter-willing.
On Wednesday, O’Nien was photographed outside the ground after doing some extra work on his day off, and the picture posted on Sunderland’s social media account – which included a poll:
As well as praising the versatile player’s attitude, some Black Cats fans also poked some fun at his choice of clothing – pairing a beanie hat and sweater with shorts and flip flops:
Sunderland will return to action on Saturday with a trip to fifth-placed Charlton, and a victory would not only keep the Black Cats in touch with the top two but also create more distance from the rest of the playoff position teams.
