The Sunderland defender, on loan from Everton, reportedly wants to leave Wearside.

It looks like Brendan Galloway’s dismal spell at Sunderland might be nearing its end.
The 21-year-old full-back has only managed seven Championship appearances since joining on a season-long loan from Everton last summer during Simon Grayson’s reign on Wearside.
Only five of those seven were from the start and, considering four of them were in August alone, it should illustrate that the Everton man hasn’t been a big hit at the Stadium of Light.

Consequently, Sky Sports reported on Monday that Galloway wants to end his loan at Sunderland and join MK Dons on loan for the rest of the season.
And suffice to say that fans of the North-East club are hoping it materialises.

It looks like Galloway was one of several pre-season Grayson signings who, simply put, have proved awful additions and Sunderland will be better off without him.
It’s probably a damning indictment for the Everton man if he can’t succeed at one of the worst teams in the Championship, with Chris Coleman’s side sitting third from bottom.
