Sunderland fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Middlesbrough-owned Ashley Fletcher against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend.
Fletcher, who joined Sunderland on loan from Middlesbrough in the January transfer window, started the Championship match against Wolves and played for the entire 90 minutes.

The 22-year-old former Manchester United prospect, who cost Middlesbrough £6.5 million in transfer fees – according to BBC Sport – when the Championship club signed him from Premier League side West Ham United in the summer of 2017, scored in the Black Cats’ 3-0 win against Wolves at the Stadium of Light on Sunday afternoon.
This season, the former England Under-20 international striker has scored two goals and provided two assists in 16 Championship appearances for Sunderland, who have been relegated to League One.
