West Ham United have been linked with making a January move for the Sunderland centre-back.

Kone has come in for fierce criticism at Sunderland, after being accused of showing a lack of commitment.
The Ivorian defender was a revelation during his first six months at the Stadium of Light, but he has never reached the heights since.

Kone has struggled in the Championship so far this season, and Sunderland fans seem to be completely fed up with the centre-back’s performances.
Sunderland supporters are now hoping that David Moyes does try and bring Kone to West Ham, with many offering to drop the 28-year-old off at the London Stadium.
Moyes is thought to want to strengthen West Ham’s squad in the January transfer window, as they have struggled throughout the season so far.
West Ham have looked vulnerable at the back, and currently sit in 18th place in the Premier League table.
Moyes takes charge of his first West Ham match in two weekends’ time, when his new side take on Watford at Vicarage Road.
