It’s set to be a busy week for Sunderland manager David Moyes as we enter the final seven days of the transfer window.
The defeat to Middlesbrough on Sunday afternoon was proof that the club need new signings if they don’t want to see a repeat of the past few seasons.
According to talkSPORT, the club have agreed a £7 million deal to take Sevilla star Vicente Iborra to the Stadium of Light.
Iborra has been part of the Sevilla which has retained the Europa League title for the past three seasons, in 82 appearances for the club he’s scored 17 goals.
The former Levante man came on as a substitute in their opening day 6-4 victory at home to Espanyol.
Despite being brought as defensive midfielder, former amanager Umai Emery played Iborra has an attaking midfielder in the 14/15 campaign.
