Sunderland defender Bryan Oviedo is set to return from injury and play in the League Cup.
Sunderland are set to take on Carlisle in the League Cup this evening, when Grayson has confirmed that he will make multiple changes.
The Black Cats have stuck by the same team for all four of their Championship matches so far, but they were beaten 2-0 by Leeds United in their last outing.

And Grayson has confirmed that Grayson will come back into his thinking, now the full-back has returned to full fitness.
“Oviedo will make his first appearance on Tuesday,” Grayson confirmed.
The Sunderland boss also suggested that his injury crisis is set to be reduced in recent times.
Sunderland currently have a number of first team players sidelined, but are expected to welcome back Paddy McNair and Duncan Watmore to the first-team frame soon.
“We have Paddy McNair and Duncan Watmore (recovering from cruciate knee ligament injuries picked up late last year) who would get into most Championship teams. They will be like two new signings when they eventually come back,” Grayson added.
Sunderland beat League One side Bury to make it to this stage of this competition, and Grayson put out a fairly strong line-up for that much.
Carlisle have begun their campaign in solid form, winning two of their first three matches at League Two level.
