Worry for Sunderland?

Ross is doing a wonderful job at Sunderland, who could end up winning automatic promotion from League One to the Championship at the end of the season.

The Black Cats are third in the league table at the moment with 80 points from 41 matches, two points behind second-placed Barnsley, who have played 42 games.

Managing his country could be very tempting for Ross, who did well during his managerial spell at St. Mirren and has a strong reputation in Scotland.
