Conor Coady has hailed Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka as someone who is ‘such a positive fella’ and an ‘incredible’ individual at England’s World Cup camp in Qatar.
Arsenal’s Hale-End star opened his account at the 2022 FIFA World Cup by netting a brace during his side’s thumping win against Iran and Coady has shared how he is the ‘younger brother of the group’, as he told Lion’s Den.
At 21, Saka is playing his best football, both on the domestic and international stage and it’s some going that he is now a regular starter for both.

Gareth Southgate’s England side are edging closer to reaching the knockout stages of the World Cup in Doha, as the players inside the camp are getting to know each other as well as before.
Everton defender Coady is a back-up player for Southgate and he shared what someone like Saka is like in and around the club’s training base and hotel.
“Bukayo (being the younger brother of the week), every day of the week,” said Coady. “He’s such a positive fella. He’s in with everybody. He knows everybody. He gets on with everybody. Whenever you see him, he has a big smile on his face.
“He is just loving life. You see what he is doing on the pitch, we can all see that. But what he brings to this team, off the pitch, is massive – incredible fella and what he does around the camp is brilliant.”

SAKA AT THE WORLD CUP
After reaching the final of Euro 2020 and missing that crucial spot-kick, this will be a chance for Saka to pick himself up and showcase his worth again.
It will be interesting to see if he is rested for England’s final Group B game against Wales on Tuesday, but he will play a key role in the knockout stages.
That will be the time for Saka to right the wrongs of the past because there aren’t many players at the top of their game like he is.
