Everton winger Yannick Bolasie and some Arsenal fans have praised Joe Willock on Twitter for his performance against Molde.

Willock was in action for Arsenal in their Europa League game against Molde away from home on Thursday evening.

The 21-year-old midfielder started the match and played for 75 minutes, as the Gunners won 3-0 to book their place in the knockout rounds of the competition from Group B.

The youngster had a very good game, as the England Under-21 international provided two assists and looked very lively.

According to WhoScored, Willock played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 93.5%, won one header, took 61 touches, attempted one dribble, made two tackles and one interception, and put in three crosses.

Everton winger Bolasie was following the match, and he was impressed by the display produced by Willock, and so were some Arsenal fans, as shown below on Twitter.

Bright future ahead

Willock is a very good and talented young midfielder, and his performance against Molde was very encouraging.

True, the Englishman is only 21 years of age, but he is progressing well and playing in the Europa League on a regular basis will help him develop his game and become a better footballer.
