Mateusz Bogusz is currently out on loan away from Leeds at second-tier Spanish side UD Ibiza. And the 20-year-old is having an impressive season so far.
The 20-year-old midfielder has featured heavily for the Segunda Division club. And this week saw Bogusz play a pivotal role in Ibiza’s 2-0 win against Alcorcon.
Bogusz assisted both goals as the Baleric Island club climbed up to ninth in the league standings. With Ibiza now just four points off the Segunda play-off spots.
The 20-year-old talent is regarded as one of the most promising talents at Leeds. With supporters big fans of the Polish youth international despite not featuring that much for the senior squad.
Indeed, it is not yet known whether or not Bogusz will be part of Marcelo Bielsa’s plans for next season. With Leeds just hovering above the relegation zone, their Premier League status could play a role in the Pole’s future in Yorkshire.
But for now, Bogusz is enjoying his football in Spain. Moreover, supporters on social media are eager for the youngster to be given a chance next season for Leeds.
