The Bundesliga side lost 3-1 to Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday afternoon, but the reported Liverpool target was on the scoresheet for his side.
Not only that, but it was a wonderful half-volley from the 22-year-old – son of France legend Lillian – that briefly got Monchengladbach back on level terms.

Liverpool are reportedly in the market for another centre-forward amid speculation about a move for Leipzig hitman Timo Werner but it’ll be interesting to see if Thuram is a genuine target over the coming weeks and months.
