And the reliable Italian journalist also revealed that Suarez rejected other transfers in favour of Gremio FC, including moves to Major League Soccer and Saudi Arabia.
Both of those would have been very lucrative for the Uruguay international.

And earlier in December, journalist Jorge Nicola revealed how much Suarez would earn at Gremio FC.
