Stuart Pearce has said on talkSPORT (9:35am, July 8, 2022) that David Moyes’s West Ham United will not sell Declan Rice in the summer transfer window.
The former West Ham coach believes that there is “no chance” that West Ham will part company with the England international central defender Rice.
The 23-year-old, who can also operate as a defender, has been linked with Chelsea and Manchester United.
Stuart Pearce on Declan Rice’s West Ham United future
Pearce said on talkSPORT (9:35am, July 8, 2022) when asked if Rice could leave West Ham this summer: “No, no chance.”
Hammers stay
In our view, West Ham United are not going to sell Declan Rice in the summer transfer window.

Unless, of course, a club pay something like £80 million or £100 million for the midfielder.
For that price, in our opinion, the Hammers should cash in on the 23-year-old.
However, we do not think that any club will pay £100 million for Rice.
The England international is one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League and is a key figure in Moyes’s West Ham team.
Rice is brilliant at protecting the back-four, and he is very good driving the team forward as well.
The 23-year-old has scored six goals and created six big chances in 167 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
