Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are said to be considering appointing Stuart McCall.

McInnes is believed to be the Ibrox side’s first choice to take over from Pedro Caixinha, but McCall could come into Rangers’ thinking if they are unable to land the Aberdeen boss.
McCall is currently at Bradford, but his previous comments about managing Rangers suggest he would be keen for a return to Ibrox.

McCall was placed in temporary charge at Rangers back in 2015, and after that spell finished, he said to the Daily Record: “If I was asked to do it all again I would, 100 per cent. It has been an absolute honour to serve the club these last three months.”
Of course, McCall’s opinion may have changed now – but he would surely be tempted with a return to Rangers.

McCall won six consecutive titles during his time with Rangers as a player, between 1991 and 1998.
If he was to return to Ibrox, the task would be to return Rangers to those past glories.
The Ibrox side have struggled to keep pace with Celtic in recent times, and have failed to live up to expectations so far this season.
