Rangers got the better of County 4-0 away from home in the Scottish Premiership on Wednesday evening.
Alfredo Morelos scored twice for the Gers, and Ryan Jack also added a brace for the visiting team.
County co-manager Kettlewell has admitted that Rangers could have scored more goals than they did against his side.
Kettlewell has also admitted that his side tend to collapse after conceding first against Celtic and Rangers.
Kettlewell told BBC Sport: “The Achilles heel we have at the minute seems to be, certainly against Celtic and Rangers, is when we concede that goal and get a bit of adversity then you can see we capitulate. That’s an issue me and Steven [Ferguson] have to deal with and rectify it.
“Rangers in all honestly could have scored more goals tonight, they were excellent. But we feel we can influence the game so much more than we did.”
