Speaking to Sky Sports News, Stuart Dallas has given his thoughts after signing a new contract with Leeds United.
The Northern Irishman was tremendous for the Whites last season, winning the club’s Player of the Year award as the Yorkshire club managed a top-half finish.
Dallas’ good form has been rewarded with a new four-year deal, and it’s fair to say he’s happy to have committed his future to the club.
What’s been said?
Dallas said he’s absolutely delighted to sign a new contract with Leeds
“I am delighted to sign a new deal with the club. This is always a place where I have wanted to play my football,” Dallas said.
“Obviously, I had a great season last year and the club have decided that they wanted to give me a new contract, so I am over the moon with that.
“My family is happy over here as well. Last season was a great season, but it is important that we continue to progress now.”

Perfect start to the summer
Leeds may not have made any signings yet, but this news trumps any transfer they could have made.
Indeed, Dallas is one of Leeds’ best players these days, and keeping him at Elland Road will be vital to the Whites’ continued success in the Premier League.
Victor Orta will have a very busy summer ahead of him, but he may not do a better piece of business than tying Dallas down to new terms.
Fingers crossed the Cookstown Cafu can have another barnstorming season for Leeds.
