Leeds United winger Stuart Dallas has told TEAMtalk that the fans’ support has really helped the players this season.

The West Yorkshire outfit are going strong in the Championship at the moment and should end up in the top six.

The Whites are currently fourth in the standings with 69 points from 38 matches.

Dallas, who is 25 years of age and can also operate as an attacking midfielder, has praised the Leeds fans for their support at Elland Road.

“The fans have come out and backed us as they do through the good and bad times, but in more recent weeks we are getting 30,000-plus at Elland Road which is incredible,” Dallas told TEAMtalk.

“It really helps the players. There have been games there in which we haven’t been playing particularly well but we’ve ground out results and in the Championship that’s massive.”

Leeds have not featured in the Premier League since 2004, but there is a very good chance that they could be playing top-flight football next season.

Elland Road has been buzzing this season, and the fans have showed why they are among the best in England.

The West Yorkshire outfit have a strong following, and this season the fans are enjoying themselves.

Dallas’s comments show just how important the Leeds supporters have been for the team.

For Leeds to finish in the top six and then get promoted via the playoffs, the fans will have to continue to support Garry Monk’s team.
