Stuart Dallas has told LUTV that Leeds United team-mate Eunan O’Kane “understands the game very well” and could have a career in management.

The Republic of Ireland midfielder is into his second season at Elland Road and looks to be a more influential player than he was under Garry Monk last term.

And in a segment on LUTV called Who’s the Gaffer, the Northern Irishman said when asked who the most likely manager in the squad is: “Most likely manager? I don’t know – there’s a few of them talking about doing their coaching badges – but Eunan understands the game very well. I don’t think there’s anybody else.”

Then asked who his striker would be in a Dream Team XI, the Leeds man said: “Suarez. I think he’s…….different level.”

Leeds welcome Reading to Elland Road on Saturday week as Thomas Christiansen’s side look to bounce back from a testing run of form.

United don’t have a Suarez in their ranks, but they do have a number of very talented attacking players who could and should be doing more to quell this run of defeats.

The Whites lost 3-0 at Sheffield Wednesday on Sunday, with striker Pierre Michel-Lasogga missing a sitter at 2-0 down, having also lost to Millwall and Cardiff City in recent weeks.

Christiansen’s side are fifth in the Championship and within striking distance of the summit, but it is imperative that Leeds dust themselves down and get back to winning ways.
