Stuart Armstrong praises Celtic manger Brendan Rodgers.

Celtic midfielder Stuart Armstrong has explained to The Glasgow Evening Times how changing his position has helped him.
Armstrong has revealed that playing in a central midfield position has improved his game.
The 24-year-old former Dundee United star has also thanked Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers for his influence on his game.
Rodgers was appointed the Celtic manager in the summer of 2016 and has done a wonderful job for the Bhoys so far.
The Glasgow giants are set to win the Scottish Premiership title this season, having already clinched the Scottish League Cup.
“He [Rodgers] has been a huge influence on me personally,” Armstrong told The Glasgow Evening Times. “At the start of the season I was in and out. I had targets and goals to work for in training and bringing that into the game.
“Moving inside to a central midfield position has been a huge benefit for me. It is more natural. It is where I feel that I am best. It is a combination of things. But there is no doubting the influence the gaffer has had.”
Armstrong is a good midfielder, and he has played well for Celtic so far this season. The Scotsman is still quite young – he will turn 25 later this month – and he is only going to get better.
Playing under Rodgers is going to help Armstrong improve his game. The former Liverpool and Swansea City manager is a very good coach and knows how to handle young talent.
