The midfielder has been in fine form for Celtic in recent weeks.
Celtic midfielder Stuart Armstrong has told the club’s official website that the one thing he is pleased with so far this season is the fact he has been given a chance to impress.
The midfielder has found himself back in Brendan Rodgers team this season after previously finding himself out of the reckoning.
He has been more than worth his place too, putting in a series of impressive performances in a central attacking midfield role.
It is a good moment for him, with fans and pundits alike having praised the displays that he is putting in.

And he says the fact he has been given the chance to prove his worth is probably the one thing he is pleased abut so far this season.
“I’ve been trying to deliver in training by working hard and I’ve managed to get some opportunities in the team,” he told the club’s official website.
“Taking those opportunities is important because we have a competitive squad and everyone wants to get in.”
“It’s clear to see that’s my favourite position and where I feel I’m best in the team. That was one thing I’m more than happy about this season that the opportunity has arisen.”

Armstrong will now be hoping to continue his strong run of form when the Hoops take on Inverness Caledonian Thistle this weekend.
Brendan Rodgers side were frustrated by the Highlanders when they last met, with a 2-2 draw being the only time they have dropped points in the league this season.
The Scottish champions have been in relentless form since then, winning their last five league games and Armstrong admits they are looking to keep that going this weekend.
“Conceding late on was disappointing but our form in the league has been great and we’ve been relentless and will look to do the same again at the weekend,” he added.
