Real Madrid forward Mariano Diaz has been linked to Tottenham and Liverpool in recent months.

Real Madrid attacker Mariano Diaz is keen on the possibility of signing with Tottenham Hotspur, according to Spanish outlet Diario Madridista.
Diaz, 23, has been unable to establish himself in Real’s first team, used mainly in cup competitions by Zinedine Zidane.
He has scored five goals in 14 appearances this season, and he is an intriguing option for Tottenham.
Diaz has been linked with a Premier League move before – and even rejected an approach from Liverpool last season.
Eco Diario reported in January that Diaz had turned down the chance to sign with the Reds, because he wanted to fight for his place in the Real Madrid first team.
Now with Diaz turning his attention to a summer transfer, Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool may also consider renewing their interest.

Diaz is a Dominican Republic international, who was born in Barcelona.
He scored prolifically for Real Madrid Castilla, netting 32 goals in 46 games, and he has given himself a chance at Real by netting for their senior team in some of the chances he has been handed.
At Tottenham his opportunities would not be any easier behind Harry Kane, and it might even be that at Liverpool he would stand more of a chance of establishing himself.
