Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to react after Wolves suffered a 5-1 defeat to Manchester City in the Premier League clash at Molineux last night.
To be more specific, the BBC Match of the Day host decided to comment on a “strange” moment involving Jose Sa and Kevin De Bruyne.
What’s the story?
Well, De Bruyne scored the second of his four goals in the 16th minute last night, which led to Lineker questioning Sa’s role in the effort.
You can see what the 61-year-old wrote on Twitter in full below.
Clearly, Lineker feels Sa could’ve dealt with the situation a bit better, and we can’t help but agree – it was a careless moment.
The 29-year-old seemed to take his eye off the ball as Raheem Sterling ran across him, and eventually, he could only knock it away from the England international.
However, Sa failed to realise that De Bruyne was lurking, and the Belgian proceeded to slam the ball in via a deflection off of the Wolves glovesman.
Jose Sa can be let off for Wolves 1-5 Manchester City

In our view, Bruno Lage should find it easy to forgive Sa for conceding five goals last night, as he’s been superb this season.
With the exception of last night, the Portuguese shot-stopper has shone in his debut campaign in England this term, keeping 11 clean sheets in 36 appearances.
Sa has also conceded just 39 goals in those 36 outings, which isn’t a bad record – in truth, it would’ve looked much better before five goals were conceded last night.

Nevertheless, Wolves have done very well to find an upgrade on Rui Patricio, and all for the bargain sum of just £6.25m.
Now, if Lage can find a new striker, and fine tune some other areas of his squad, Wolves could have an even better season next term.
