Manchester City fans have taken to Twitter to demand the club keeps Morgan Rogers, as Crystal Palace enter talks to sign the wonderkid.
What’s the story?
Well, Manchester City fans don’t seem too pleased about the prospect of losing Rogers.
Some are totally against him being sold, while others will allow his exit, but only if a buyback clause is included in any deal with Crystal Palace.
It speaks volumes that Manchester City can buy nearly any player on the planet, but supporters are getting so nervous about losing the 18-year-old.
If that doesn’t tell you he’s an exciting prospect, I don’t know what will.
The Citizens signed Rogers for £8 million when he was just 16 years of age.
Interestingly, the Daily Mail believe Manchester City would want £7 million from Crystal Palace, and a sell-on clause.
Exciting times at Crystal Palace

Shortly after the Rogers news broke, it was revealed that Reading wonderkid Michael Olise is all set for a move to Selhurst Park.
The 19-year-old scored seven goals and provided 12 assists in the Championship last term.
As a result, the Eagles have now activated his £8 million release clause, and a deal looks likely to be done according to The Athletic.

If Vieira’s first two signings are Rogers and Olise, it would be so exciting for Crystal Palace.
For now, let’s see what the Manchester City fans have been saying about Rogers…
