HITC Sport understands Stoke striker Tyrese Campbell is set go out on loan to Shrewsbury.

Stoke City’s Tyrese Campbell is poised to join Shrewsbury Town on loan, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
The imminent arrival of Sam Vokes at Stoke is set to push Campbell down the pecking order in Nathan Jones’ plans and the Potters boss is happy to send the highly-rated Campbell out on loan.
Campbell is highly-regarded at Stoke after joining the club from Manchester City in 2016 and he has been a prolific goalscorer at all age levels for the Potters.
The 19-year-old broke into the first-team last season under Paul Lambert, making his debut in the Premier League against Leicester and he went on to make a further three substitute appearances last season.

Campbell made his first start for Stoke in the FA Cup clash against Shrewsbury earlier this month and he marked his first start with two goals.
The England youth international’s performance against Shrewsbury caught the attention of the League One club and they have moved to bring in Campbell on loan until the end of the season.
