Tottenham Hotspur defender Cameron Carter-Vickers had a game to forget on loan at Stoke.

Stoke City fans have not had much, if anything, to smile about this season to date.
Last night was a miserable night for the club again as they were beaten by West Bromwich Albion at home.
For on loan Tottenham Hotspur talent Cameron Carter-Vickers, it might have been the worst game of his career.
Carter-Vickers has not made a good early impression at Stoke and for some fans last night was the last straw.
He gave away a penalty with a clumsy and unnecessary tackle to bring down West Ham loanee Grady Diangana.
Carter-Vickers escaped with a booking, and was fortunate not to be given a straight red.
The penalty gave West Brom a second goal, sealing a 2-0 win.

This is Carter-Vicker’s fourth loan spell away from Tottenham and it is looking less and less likely that he has a future in North London.
Some Stoke fans want to see the back of the 21-year-old already, and were calling for him to be sent back to Tottenham.
Here is a look at the reaction to his challenge…
