Everton central defender Matthew Pennington is reportedly on the radar of Stoke City.

Stoke City fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Everton central defender Matthew Pennington.
According to The Daily Mail, Championship club Stoke are interested in signing Pennington from Premier League outfit Everton in the summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old central defender spent the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Ipswich Town and also had a loan spell at Leeds United in 2017-18.
According to WhoScored, Pennington made 30 appearances in the Championship for the Tractor Boys this season, scoring one goal in the process.
Back in 2017-18, the former England Under-19 international made 15 starts and nine substitute appearances in the league for Leeds, according to WhoScored
Pennington has been on the books of Everton since 2005, but the 24-year-old has made only a handful of appearances for the Toffees’ first team.
Now that he is 24 years of age, it is hard to see Pennington establish himself in the Everton first team.
Stoke fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the Potters with Pennington.
