The Everton right-back moved to Stoke City on loan last month.

When Cuco Martina left Everton to join Stoke City in August he did so with less than a ringing endorsement from the fans he left behind.
But despite the Evertonians’ warnings, Martina has, according to Gary Rowett, made a positive impression at Stoke.
Speaking via the club’s Twitter account at a press conference on Thursday, the Potters manager said: “Cuco Martina has been excellent for us.
“He maybe goes unto the radar at little bit but he has done his job as he should. He’s settled in well and is a really good lad.”
Martina has helped Stoke to three wins out of five – keeping clean sheets in each of those victories – and been on the losing side just once.
But Martina’s form is a stark contrast from that of Ashley Williams – his fellow on-loan Everton defender – whose only win in four attempts arrived in the EFL Cup.

Williams was sent off in August’s 3-0 home league defeat to Wigan Athletic and has remained an unused substitute in each of the past three games for which he has been available.
Both players’ Everton contracts are due to expire at the end of the current campaign, which they are due to spend at Stoke.
