Stoke City and Leicester City are among several Premier League and Championship clubs said to be eyeing the Sheffield Wednesday defender.
Stoke City and Leicester City are the latest clubs to be linked Sheffield Wednesday defender Tom Lees.
Earlier this month, The Daily Mail credited Premier League pair Burnley and Huddersfield Town with an interest in Lees, along with Championship trio Hull City, Sunderland, Middlesbrough.

Wednesday would be loathe to lose Lees, who has been an ever-present in the Owls’ back line since he arrived from Leeds three years ago, and are already keen to add to their centre-back options after failing to renew Vincent Sasso’s contract.
And while attention from top flight clubs could potentially pique Lees’ interest, the five-year deal he signed last summer leaves Carlos Carvalhal’s side in a strong negotiating position should any offers materialise.
Stoke’s pursuit of a permanent deal for last season’s loan defender Bruno Martins Indi has yet to bear fruit, while Leicester – who are managed by former Wednesday midfielder Craig Shakespeare – appear keen to strengthen in Lees’ position despite adding Harry Maguire – a Sheffield-born Owls supporter – already this summer.
