Speaking on a video posted on Liverpool’s Twitter page, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Thiago Alcantara have been talking about the amount of time Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane spend in the gym.
The pair were being interviewed by a couple of Liverpool’s young academy prospects, and they were asked which player spends the most time in the gym.
The two midfielders were in agreement that Salah and Mane are the two players who put in the most hours in the gym.
What’s been said about Salah and Mane?
The pair spoke about the hardest working players at Liverpool.
“Sadio Mane or Mo Salah,” Oxlade-Chamberlain said when asked who spends the most time in the gym.
“No, when I come (to the gym) they are already there, Mo and Sadio they are already there, and when I leave they are still there,’ Thiago concurred.

Paying off
It’s no surprise to hear that Sadio Mane and Mo Salah spend so much time in the gym.
The pair have improved drastically since joining Liverpool and they’ve done that by putting the hard yards in behind the scenes.
It’s no coincidence that Salah and Mane are two of Liverpool’s fittest, fastest and strongest players, they’ve worked incredibly hard to get where they are today.
We’re sure that every player at Anfield puts a lot of work into their craft, but there’s a reason that Mane and Salah have been able to reach a higher level than most.
