Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic are going strong in the Scottish Premiership at the moment.
Former Aston Villa midfielder Stiliyan Petrov has told The Scottish Sun that Celtic will win the treble this season.
Celtic have already clinched the Scottish League Cup this campaign and are set to win the Scottish Premiership title.
Brendan Rodgers’s side are at the top of the league table at the moment with 58 points from 20 matches. The Hoops are 19 points clear of second-placed Rangers and have a game in hand.
Celtic will take on Albion Rovers away from home at the Exsel Group Stadium in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup on Sunday afternoon.
Former Celtic midfielder Petrov, who is 37 years of age, believes that the Bhoys will win the treble this season and the next.

“I’d say it’s a great opportunity for Celtic to do it,” Petrov told The Scottish Sun. “They are way too strong for Scottish football right now.
“If Rangers don’t regroup and don’t get better and don’t start buying, which will be difficult, then there is big potential for Celtic to win the Treble for the next couple of years.
“I hope they win the Treble because it would be a great achievement for every single player.”

Celtic have the strongest team in the Scottish Premiership and have some of the best players in the Scottish top flight.
It should not come as a surprise at all if the Glasgow giants clinch the treble this season.
The Scottish Cup will not be easy to win as it is a cup competition, but the Hoops will certainly be favourites to clinch it.
