Steven Thompson praises Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths.

Steven Thompson has written in Herald Scotland that Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths is undervalued.
The former Rangers striker, who was on the books of the Gers from 2003 until 2006, seems to rate Scotland international Griffiths highly.
The 27-year-old has been on the books of Celtic since January 2014 when he joined from Wolverhampton Wanderers in England when Neil Lennon – who is now the manager of Hibernian – was in charge of the Hoops.
The Scotland international striker has established himself as one of the best players at Celtic and is one of the best in his position in the Scottish Premiership.

As stated on the Glasgow giants’ official website, Griffiths has scored 96 goals in 174 appearances in all competitions for the Bhoys.
Former Rangers striker Thompson believes that the Scotland international is undervalued.
The 39-year-old former Scotland international striker has also given his opinion on Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard.
The 20-year-old Frenchman joined Celtic from Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain on a season-long loan deal in the summer of 2017.

Thompson wrote about Griffiths in Herald Scotland: “At times, I think he is undervalued, because he is capable of leading the line, he’s proven that.
“He might not be the most glamorous name, but you can’t take away what he has achieved in the game and what he continues to do.”
“I’ve watched Edouard a lot, and on a couple of occasions he has really impressed me,” Thompson wrote about Edouard in Herald Scotland.
“On a couple of others, he has struggled to make an impact, but there is undoubted potential there.”
