Rangers fitness coach has a big role to play in the coming weeks.

Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has praised the work being done by the club’s fitness coach Jordan Milsom.
Gerrard managed to convince Milsom to leave Liverpool last summer and follow him to Rangers.
Milsom has been a key part of the Rangers backroom team, and has helped the Gers players get in shape to play 60 games this season.
Gerrard spoke highly of Milsom after Rangers’ final game of the season.
He told the club’s official website: “He is the best, and that is the reason I brought him in. I have every confidence in all my staff – we are improving a lot of areas of the football club on and off the pitch.
“If you look where this club was and the reason I got the job, it was on the floor and it was broken and it was fractured. Now, there is some belief and there is some positivity around.”

Gerrard began his spell at Rangers last season with an intense fitness regime in pre-season.
Milsom was key to implementing this and he will have a key role over the coming weeks devising similar plans for 2019/20.
Rangers will have more Europa League fixtures to negotiate before the domestic campaign begins, meaning another early start and busy campaign.
