Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers have brought a number of players to Ibrox this summer, including Allan McGregor, Nikola Katic.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard
Liverpool legend Gerrard, who was appointed as the Rangers manager earlier this summer, has been quite busy in terms of recruiting new players.
The Ibrox club have made a number of signings so far in the summer transfer window, including Scott Arfield, Allan McGregor, Nikola Katic and Connor Goldson.
Rangers manager Gerrard has suggested that he plans to make two more signings for the Gers this summer – as a replacement for the departed Josh Windass and at centre-back.
Gerrard told The Daily Star: “We do feel we’re a little bit light up front. We let Josh Windass go to Wigan so the idea is in the coming weeks to replace those goals.
“And also at centre-back we’re quite light. We’re asking a lot of Nikola Katic and Connor Goldson who have been absolutely fantastic for us so far.”

Exciting update
Rangers have been superb so far this season, with manager Gerrard yet to lose a competitive match.
The new players Gerrard has signed so far have made the team much better from last season, and another couple more will further strengthen the side.
Windass scored a lot of goals last season, and it would make sense for Rangers to bring in a replacement who can find the net regularly.
