Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have signed 11 players this summer, but Steven Gerrard reckons two more could join.

Steven Gerrard has told Rangers’ YouTube channel that the club are no closer to signing anybody else, but revealed that bringing in two more players wasn’t out of the question.
Rangers go to Maribor tonight in the hope of reaching the playoff round of Europa League qualifications, with Gerrard’s side leading 3-1 on aggregate.
The Gers are big favourites to progress and move within 180 minutes of the Europa League proper, in which case the 38-year-old would need to bolster his squad even more.
The legendary midfielder has already had an excellent summer on the transfer front, signing 11 players in total – seven on a permanent basis and four on loan.
But Gerrard claims that he could sign two more before the deadline.
He told Rangers’ YouTube channel: “I’ve made no secret that if we can add another body or maybe a couple then I’ll be more than satisfied that we have enough bodies to face what comes our way.
“But there’s no point in worrying about that unless we go and get the right result tomorrow. The only way we’re going to need a bigger squad is if we qualify for the Europa League.”
Rangers beat St Mirren 2-0 this past weekend for their first domestic win under the Liverpool icon and there is a sense that he is doing some really good work at Ibrox.
Reaching the Europa League proper would represent stunning progress for the club, by virtue of the fact that they were first-round casualties last summer following a shock defeat by Progres Niederkorn.
